Who we are

This website is run on behalf of Andrew Harvey. Purchases are handled by Psyche & Co., operated by NMP Collins Innovations Limited, 5 Seaview Avenue, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, Y14 WV25, Ireland. NMP Collins Innovations Limited acts as the data controller for purchases and for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

With your consent, we collect your email address and your name, where provided, when you ask to be told about a retreat, course or Mystery School. We also keep your notification choices so we can send you what you asked for.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, message, the page you came from and the date and time. Messages are backed up in our website database and, when sending is available, emailed to our team through Resend. We use this information to reply to you.

Newsletter via Substack

Newsletter sign-ups are handled by Substack under its privacy policy. Andrew's letters are free by email; no Substack account is needed.

The data controller listed above may export subscriber email addresses from Substack so Andrew Harvey's team can send occasional updates about his courses, retreats and new work through our own email service, Resend. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe from either list, we honour that choice for both.

A few earlier newsletter sign-ups are held in our website database so the team can export them and import the consented newsletter subscribers into Substack. They are not synced to Resend and no Resend newsletter welcome email is sent.

Why we use your information

We use your information only to send you what you asked for and to reply to you. We never sell your data.

Purchases and payments are handled on Psyche & Co, whose own privacy policy applies.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies itself. Embedded Substack forms may use cookies and process information under Substack's privacy policy. External websites, including Psyche & Co, have their own privacy and cookie policies.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you stay subscribed or as needed to reply to your request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
