My dear friends, thank you for having been with me through so much. I am infinitely grateful for your kindness, support, creativity, willingness to dance with very difficult messages and your passion to turn up to birth a new world in the middle of the hurricane of the destruction of the old.
As you will see from the video of Stephen Dinan and me below, I have just been through the biggest disaster of my life, at the moment when my work of 40 years is on the brink of being received in a way it has never been before, because now at last, people are listening. Despite everything and through the love and work of my team, I find myself in the greatest peace and joy I have ever known, surrendered and resolute to continue to give everything I am and have to you.
I have lost everything; unpublished manuscripts, books, clothes, carpets, the few treasures I have collected over a lifetime, and above all, the cat who was everything to me, the great love of my life, Jade.
